Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Berti Foundation Scholarship Program!
The Berti Foundation has established a scholarship program to assist dependent children of employees who plan to continue their education in college. The Berti Foundation has partnered with International Scholarship and Tuition Services, Inc. (ISTS) to assist students. Clicking “Apply Now” will take you to ISTS’ application website.
The 2025-26 application period is February 14 – May 1, 2025.
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be a high school senior, high school graduate or current college undergraduate.
- Have a minimum grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).
- Plan to enroll full-time at an accredited two- or four-year college/university in the United States for the entire 2025-2026 academic year.
- Be a dependent child of a full-time Ali Group North America or Welbilt U.S.-based employee who has a minimum of six (6) months of permanent employment with the company as of the application deadline date. (Dependent children are children who qualify for benefits provided by the company or are dependents for income tax purposes.)
- Company employees are not eligible for this award.

Award Checks Issued: July 2025
The program will use selection criteria including consideration of the following:
- Financial Need
- Academic Records
- Essay Content
Financial need will be considered in determining the amount of each award.
Up to five (5) awards of up to $10,000 each will be granted.
Awards are renewable up to three (3) years or until a Bachelor’s degree is earned, whichever occurs first, on the basis of satisfactory academic performance (maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent).
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Awards will be used for education-related expenses only (tuition, fees, books, supplies and required equipment).
