TREX FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP
Because of your investment in Trex as an employee, we want to return the favor to your dependents. The Trex Family Scholarship Program offers Trex employees’ dependents the opportunity to earn tuition assistance toward an associate’s degree, technical/trade degree or bachelor’s degree.
The 2025-26 Trex Family Scholarship application is closed. Applicants will be notified of the selection results in April.
Trex will award up to 13 scholarships each year totaling approximately $50,000:
Scholarship recipients will be determined based on a third-party selection process with International Scholarship and Tuition Services, Inc. (ISTS), the administrator of the program.
Applicants must be a dependent child, age 26 or under, of a full-time Trex employee who meets the 90-day employment requirement as of the application deadline.
High school seniors and students already in college who plan to attend an accredited two-year or four-year college/university or vocational/technical school in the U.S. in the fall of 2025 are encouraged to apply.

TREX TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
As a Trex employee, we already know you’ve got what it takes to be successful. Our tuition reimbursement program is designed to help you take the next steps in your career by supporting your education.
To help you to succeed academically and professionally, we’ll reimburse 100% of the cost for relevant coursework and books up to the maximum allowable expense. The allotted amount for reimbursement is determined by the degree program.
Degree Program Annual Maximum Payout
Associate’s $5,000
Bachelor’s $7,500
Master’s $10,000
To qualify for this program, you’ll need to have been employed by Trex full-time for at least one year and your coursework must relate to your current or future job responsibilities. Approval of the accredited institution and course of study must be obtained in advance of enrollment by submitting the form.
Within 60 days of the course completion date, employees should submit a receipt of tuition costs for reimbursement and a transcript or grade report displaying the final grade for coursework.
If an employee leaves Trex within 12 months of receiving tuition reimbursement, they will be required to repay Trex for the total reimbursed amount.
